Climbing aboard this Ciera Express I was immediately impressed with the condition of the interior of the boat. The molded in transom fish well and an easy clean cockpit make the 2252 a great choice for the anglers. The first thing I noticed was how clean and well kept this boat is for her age. The cushions appear to all be in great shape, very good condition. The Bimini and slanted camper canvass as well as the eisenglass all appear to be in great shape with clear glass. Other features:-full enclosure with full flap screen. -seats recline into loungers-front and rear cup holders-dual batteries; new port battery-new over-sized swim platform-new 6" marine speakers-dimmable LED blue/white cockpit lights-new Shakespear 8' antenna w/SS mount-risers, manifolds, elbows and bellows 30 hours old-new gamble bearing-new power steering ram-removable entry stepsUpdate 12/14:New additions and work recently completed; raw water pump impeller, painted outdrive with anti-fouling paint, refinish the dash cracks, trim senders replaced, new LED aft light. -Installing NEW Simpson Lawrence Horizon and a windless. This boat wad stored indoors when Sandy hit at Allstate Marine in Whitting, NJ. All service records available upon request and stored, serviced, shrink wrapped every year.There is seating for at least 6 in the cockpit and an additional seat on top of the engine cover. Removing the two transom seats I was able to access the engine. The engine compartment is clean and it looked to be well serviced by the condition of the motor.Sitting at the helm it had the usual array of gauges and switches. The electronics on this boat include:-Sony Stereo CD/MP3 Player-Garmin 400 series GPS-Fishfinder-UHF RadioStepping into the cabin below immediately to the port is a cabinet with sink and an on/off water switch. There is a portable 1 burner alcohol stove provided by the owner. Above was the stereo mounted on the ceiling, and across was a door to the head compartment with a porta-potty. Forward was the V-berth and dinette/table w/filler cushions and a hatch above. The cabin was clean and in good condition. This will make a great fishing and family boat and it obviously has been well cared for by it's current owner. The entire boat shows well!
